| Epicurean World Master Chef Society Team USA wins first place overall and wins two silver medals in Bangkok, Thailand. The Epicurean World Master Chef Society Team USA, recently competed in the Annual Culinary Gathering of Cooks and Chefs in conjunction with the International Food and Hospitality Show at Royal Paragon Siam Hall in Bangkok, Thailand. Competing in the Western Type Team Cooking Contest, a three-person team achieved the top score in this category along with a cash prize and Silver Medal. The team consisted of Salvatore Gisellu of Daddy Jack’s Wood Grill in Dallas, Texas; Patrick Mitchell of Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, Texas; and Michael Scott of Northwood Golf Club in Dallas, Texas, A second Epicurean World Master Chef Society Team USA competed and was recognized for the fine effort with a diploma.
