Ingredients
Yields 1 Cup
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1-1/2 Tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1/3 Cup Parsley leaves (minced)
¼ Cup Cilantro leaves (minced)
1 Each Jalapeno (seeded and minced)
1 clove Garlic (minced)
2 Each Shallots (minced)
1 teaspoon Basil, Thyme or Oregano, or mixture (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
You can mince the ingredients by hand or use a food processor, which is faster and easier. There are many variations on this condiment, and it is served with everything from empanadas to grilled Wagyu steak.
Combine all ingredients and let set for at least 2 hours before serving.
