Ingredients
Yields 1 Cup
1 Tablespoon Green Peppercorns (packed in brine)
2 Tablespoons Capers
1-Tablespoon Garlic (minced)
3 Each Anchovy Filets
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
2-Teapoons Shiracha (Thai chili sauce)
½ Cup Parsley Leaves (chopped)
3 Tablespoons Red Onion (shall dice)
2 Teaspoons Black Pepper (cracked)
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except oil, in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Slowly add oil while blending on medium speed.
- To serve, spread over grilled Wagyu beef, Kurobuta pork, game, or chicken.
