White Balsamic Marinade

Ingredients

Yield 1 Quart

2 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
2 Tbsp Honey
8oz White Balsamic vinegar
24 oz Olive oil blend
1 Tbsp Kosher salt
1 Tbsp Black pepper

Method

1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except oil with a wire whisk.
   
   
2. After smooth then add oil slowly until dressing thickens up
   
   
3. Great as marinade for Wagyu beef or any beef item.
