Prime Rib Roast Recipe

Delicious and tender Wagyu prime rib is a luxurious main dish for any special dinner. Serve with herb roasted new potatoes and garlic butter green beans for a presentation that will impress even the fussiest guests.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (6 POUND) Wagyu prime rib roast
  • 1/3 cup olives
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons rosemary leaves
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black cracked pepper

Method:
  1. Place the roast in a shallow roasting pan and set aside for 30 minutes to room temperature. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients. Rub the prime rib with mixture. Bake 15 minutes until the meat begins to brown.
  3. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue cooking for another 15-18 minutes per pound.
  4. Remove from the oven and cool 10 minutes before carving.
